Zinc oxide is added to many food products, including breakfast cereals, as a source of zinc, a necessary nutrient. (Zinc sulfate is also used for the same purpose.) Some prepackaged foods also include trace amounts of ZnO even if it is not intended as a nutrient.  Zinc oxide was linked to dioxin contamination in pork exports in the 2008 Chilean pork crisis. The contamination was found to be due to dioxin contaminated zinc oxide used in pig feed.

Shea Butter Accounts from as early as Cleopatra's Egypt speak of caravans bearing clay jars of valuable shea butter for cosmetic use. The funeral beds of early kings were carved in the wood of shea trees. Shea butter's skin care and healing properties were first harnessed thousands of years ago. The history of shea as a precious commodity can be traced back to Ancient Egypt, where shea butter was and continues to be used to protect the hair and skin against the fierce sun and the hot dry winds of African deserts and savannah.

Coconut oil can be used as a skin moisturizer, helping with dry skin and was shown in one study to reduce protein loss when used in hair.  Coconut oil is commonly used in cooking, especially for frying, and is a common flavor in many South Asian curries.
Other culinary uses include replacing solid fats produced through hydrogenation in baked and confectionery goods. Hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated coconut oil is often used in non-dairy creamers and snack foods, including popcorn. Hydrogenated coconut oil is sold in Australia under the brand-name Copha and is the main ingredient in Australian snacks such as Chocolate crackles and White Christmas.

Beeswax has applications in human food and flavoring, for example as a glazing agent. It is edible, in the sense of having similar negligible toxicity to plant waxes, and is approved for food use in the European Union under the E number E901. However, the wax monoesters in beeswax are poorly hydrolysed in the guts of humans and other mammals, so have insignificant nutritional value.  Some birds, such as honeyguides, can digest beeswax.

Organic Olive Oil
Besides food, olive oil has been used for religious rituals, medicines, as a fuel in oil lamps, soap-making, and skin care application. The Minoans used olive oil in religious ceremonies. The oil became a principal product of the Minoan civilization, where it is thought to have represented wealth. The Minoans put the pulp into settling tanks and, when the oil had risen to the top, drained the water from the bottom.[citation needed] Olive tree growing reached Iberia and Etruscan cities well before the 8th century BC through trade with the Phoenicians and Carthage, then was spread into Southern Gaul by the Celtic tribes during the 7th century BC.

Organic & Natural Sunscreen by Sun Worshiper Sunscreen

What's the Big Deal?
We use Sunscreen to keep from getting sunburn and to prevent skin cancer.  Most brands (not ours;-) can actually cause Skin Cancer among other things we haven’t even discovered because of their ingredients like Oxybenzone, Octinoxate, Ethylhexyl, and Homosalate to name a few.
Oxybenzone Acts like estrogen in the body; alters sperm production in animals; associated with endometriosis in women. These chemicals do not need to be on your skin or in your blood stream.

We use only the best ingredients available in all of our products(90% Organic).  Sun Worshiper Sunscreen uses Pharmaceutical Cosmetic Grade Zinc Oxide Non-nano as its only active ingredient.  Non-nano means it wont enter the blood stream.  We also get SPF from the Organic Coconut Oil & Raw Shea Butter.

Our natural sunscreen has many benefits and once you try it you will feel the difference and the love that is put in to every bottle.
